We're often asked, how can you build a server so fast? The answer is pretty simple, we do it through automation; when you order a server it's powered on, an OS is loaded, IP address are allocated and configured on the server and you're emailed the login details. Our automation system does all that in less than 15 minutes but its not magic, if you choose to upgrade the physical hardware or add a control panel those tasks require human intervention and while we're fast, we're not that fast- so it may take a couple hours to get your server setup.

The biggest benefit of our automation is that it also makes things faster and easier for you; if you need to add more IPs, reboot your server or even re-install your OS or upgrade to a different OS all together all thats required are a few clicks in our Customer Care Management Portal. Best of all those changes happen instantaneously so you won't have to wait for a tech to read your ticket.
