In order to order a server with 15minuteservers.com, we require users to complete a multi-step account verification process. This helps Net Access to ensure the validity of all orders, and prevent fraudulent orders from being placed.

During this verification process, we will be required to call you at the billing phone number for your credit card. Please ensure you are at this phone when placing an order, or your order will be delayed until this step is complete.

Once you have completed our account verification process, you will be able to order the server. No further verification will normally be required for the order, and if you ordered at 15minute-capable operating system, you will receive your server as normal.

Please note, until you complete the account verification process, you will be unable to order a server. The account verification process can be quickly completed, provided you follow all instructions given during the account creation process. As always, once your account has been activated, you can order additional servers on the same account.
